Ozone works best after the interior is cleaned, so we run it at the end of an interior or full detail. If the odor came from a spill or a pet, we usually recommend adding carpet shampoo or seat shampoo ($30 each) so the source is removed too.

Is it safe for my interior?
Yes, when it's run correctly and the cabin is aired out afterward. We control the run time based on the size of the vehicle and how strong the odor is.
Should I also get carpet or seat shampoo?
Usually yes. If the smell came from a spill, pet, or smoke, shampoo and hot-water extraction ($30 each) pulls the source out and the ozone finishes the job.
