Should I clean anything out before you arrive?
Just pull out personal items, car seats if you want them cleaned under, and anything valuable. Trash and everyday mess are our job, not yours.
Can you get smoke or pet odor out of my car?
In most cases, yes. A deep interior cleaning removes the source of the smell, and we can add an ozone odor treatment for smoke, pet, or lingering food odors. Text us a description of the smell and we'll tell you honestly what to expect.
How do I pay?
Cash, Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle — whichever is easiest for you. Payment is collected after the detail is finished and you've looked it over.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
We'll come back and make it right at no extra cost. Your car isn't finished until you're fully satisfied.
Do you accept tips?
Tips are never required. A service charge is already included in our pricing, so you're never obligated to tip. If you'd still like to leave one, it's always appreciated — but never necessary.
